Eligibility

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed via our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team with the email address you used at checkout and we'll process the refund directly.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. If a renewal charge surprises you, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll review the request in good faith.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
